I hate telephones.

As an American, I spend WAY too much time on the phone, and I wish I could just text someone quickly and conveniently on a computer where I can instantly record any information that is conversed between us two unlike a telephone. This is the perfect solution for all of my customer service wants and needs, what a great product!!! aamt-691-6
